Join us in Eola Hill’s Barrel Room for a Sunday morning all-levels flow class, followed by community time, perhaps accompanied by a brunch beverage, or a glass of wine of your choice.

Sign up, or show up, we will have space for everyone.

All yogis in attendance are expected to support our host in some way - via the purchase of beer, food, gift card, merch, or other form of support.

Please bring your own mat or towel. We no longer offer loaner mats.
