Tropical Greenhouse Yoga

Join Tsipora Berman in a breathing, walking, stretching, strengthening exploration in the Oregon Garden, while staying dry and warm in our greenhouse. She will guide you through a multi-sensory, transformative, interdisciplinary yoga experience connecting Eco-Psychology, Physics, Neuroscience, Biology, Ecology, and the Arts, using a variety of mind/body practices. Learn how you can use curbs, trees, stairs, chairs and benches for yoga.
