Today it is a living history museum, owned and maintained by the Polk County Historical Society. The farm’s original granary and privy remain on the property. It was recognized as a Century Farm in 1958 and in 1978, it was placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Guided tours are available Friday and Saturday on the hour from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
