Theatre 33 Presents a New Comedy - "A Christmas Carol, A 1940's Radio Show", with Live Foley effects
December 12, 7:00pm
It's Christmas Eve 1940, at Salem Radio Station KSL (keep Salem lame). It's snowing, which causes the radio actors to arrive very late to perform Dickens' beloved tale - A Christmas Carol....including the Foley Effects operator, who has never performed the effects for the show and doesn't have any time to practice. Hilarity ensures as her desperate madcap efforts create havoc. The character playing Scrooge is not amused. He is a scrooge in life, and finds himself mirroring his character including redemption. A festival comedy for the entire family.
