Downtown Trick or Treat

Put on your costumes and join the fun from 3PM to 5PM! Stroll downtown and trick or treat with all the local businesses and pop-ups in Riverview Park. This is event is FREE and sponsored by the Independence Downtown Association.
Monmouth Trick or Treat is from 4PM to 6PM - ride the trolley for extra fun!
