During the early 1900's, great-grandpa Stephen began making cider in the barn using the traditional method of fermenting apples in barrels. It faded away due to prohibition but great-grand daughter, Christine, became determined to revive his craft using primarily fruit and ingredients from the family farm. Bauman's Cider varieties are the delicious result from the blending of modern hard cider making with the best of traditional methods - perfected on the family farm spanning 5 generations.
