Sue Nichols will officially begin working as SCVA's new Community Development Director on February 25. Sue was previously Executive Director for the Stayton/Sublimity Chamber of Commerce for 14 years. While with the Chamber, Sue increased membership by 100 percent. She successfully coordinated Chamber events, promotions and publicity, which required the recruitment of sponsors and funding partners. As the leader of a small Chamber, Sue was a "jack of all trades" with experience in organization administration, financial oversight, membership recruitment and retention, program reporting, and the recruitment and training of staff and volunteers.
Sue brings enthusiasm, creativity and regional relationships that will help ensure program success. Please join SCVA in welcoming Sue to Salem's promotional team!
